通常の稼働停止に加え、夏季一斉休暇及びメンテナンスに伴い、以下のとおりサービスを停止します。
特にJR学割証の利用を予定している方は注意してください。
ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご協力をお願いいたします。【サービス停止期間】
●証明書自動発行機停止期間
・2026年8月11日（火・祝）～8月16日（日）
・2026年8月18日（火）
※ただし、総合科学系支援室設置分のみ8月10日（月）も稼働停止
●もみじサービス停止期間
・2026年8月18日（火）
＜証明書オンライン申請サービスのご案内＞
停止期間中もオンライン申請を利用して、証明書自動発行機で発行できる証明書（JR学割証を除く）を発行することができます。
日本全国のコンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン，ファミリーマート，ローソン）で証明書を受け取ること等ができます。

＜About the Certificate Online Application Service＞
Even during the service suspension period, the Certificate Online Application Service is available.
Through this service, certificates that can be issued by the Automatic Certificate Issuance Machines on campus
(excluding JR Student Discount Certificates) can be received at convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson) throughout Japan.
