12月27日（土）は東千田地区支援室が閉室することになったため，
東千田キャンパスについても証明書自動発行機のサービスを停止します。
Since Higashi-Senda Area Support Office will be closed on Saturday, December 27, the Automatic Certificate Issuance Machine at the Higashi-Senda Campus will also be out of service.

メンテナンス及び年末年始の一斉休暇に伴い，以下の期間は「もみじ」及び「証明書発行機」のサービスを停止いたします。
ご迷惑をおかけしますが，ご理解・ご協力をお願いいたします。
◆証明書自動発行機停止期間：
2025年12月26日（金） ～ 2026年1月4日（日）
※東千田キャンパスの証明書自動発行機については，2025年12月27日（土）10:00-18:15は稼働します。→ すべての証明書自動発行機が停止します。（12/8更新）
◆もみじサービス停止期間：
2025年12月26日（金）※年末年始に帰省等でJR学割証が必要な方は，早めに発行されることをお勧めします。（JR学割証の有効期限は発行日から3か月）
※停止期間中もオンライン申請を利用して、証明書自動発行機で発行できる証明書（JR学割証を除く）を発行することができます。日本全国のコンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン，ファミリーマート，ローソン）で証明書を受け取ること等ができます。詳細は、もみじTOPの「証明書オンライン申請サービス（在籍生用サイト）」を参照してください。----------Due to the system maintenance and New Year holidays, the following services will be suspended as follows.

Automatic Certificate Issuance Machine：
Dec.26(Fri.), 2025 - Jan.4(Sun.), 2026*Automatic Certificate Issuance Machine on the Higashi-Senda Campus will be in operation on Saturday, December 27, 2025 (10:00-18:15).
→ All Automatic Certificate Issuance Machines will be out of service. (Updated on Dec. 8.)

*If you plan to use JR Student Discount Certificate for travel during the New Year holidays, please obtain it in advance. (JR Student Discount Certificate is valid for three months from the date of issue.)*Even during maintenance periods, the Certificates Online Application Service are available. Therefore, Certificates issued by the Automatic Certificate Issuance Machines on campus (excluding JR Student Discount) can be picked up at convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson) throughout Japan using the online application.
