平成29年度（2017年度）前期分授業料免除申請からWeb上の「授業料免除受付予約システム」で事前に受付日時を予約していただく方法に変更します。

授業料免除受付予約システムは，1月10日8：30-2月6日23：59の間で使用できます。授業料免除申請受付日程はファイルを参照してください。

在学生の方で授業料免除申請を希望する方は，上記期間中にマニュアルを参照して予約を行ってください。
受付予約がない方は，授業料免除申請ができませんのでご注意ください。

※2017年4月入学の新入生，編入生及び学部から大学院前期，大学院前期から後期への進学者は不要です。

Please be aware that an online reservation system for applications for a tuition waiver will be made available from the application for the 1st semester of 2017.
Students who apply for tuition waivers should made a reservation with reference to the below instructions during the following period.

Please note that applications for a tuition waiver will not be accepted without a prior reservation.

*Newly enrolled students in April of 2017 and students who go on from master's courses to doctoral courses or from undergraduate program to master's courses at Hiroshima University are NOT required to make a reservation.

Reservation period by the online reservation system:
From January 10 (8:30a.m) to February 6 (11:59p.m.)
