| e-START プログラム とは / What is the e-START Program? |
e-STARTプログラムとは，テーマにもとづいて，広島大学の学生が海外大学等の学生と一緒に課題に取り組む，新しい形の国際協働プログラムです。外国語を使用し，異なる文化的背景を持つ人たちとオンラインでコミュニケーションを図りながら協働することにより，グローバル人材としての資質を身に付けることを目的としています。
終了時のアンケートでは，以下のグラフとおり，異文化理解・コミュニケーション能力・多文化知識が特に役立ったと評価されています。
The e-START Program is a new type of international collaborative program in which Hiroshima University students work together with students from overseas universities on tasks based on specific themes. The goal is to develop qualities as global human resources by using foreign languages and collaborating online with people from different cultural backgrounds while engaging in communication.
According to the post-program survey, as shown in the graph below, participants rated cross-cultural understanding, communication skills, and multicultural knowledge as particularly beneficial.

①事前講義
・基本知識（本学教員/協働大学教員による相手国・地域，コーステーマについて）
・自主勉強会など
②グループワーク
・自己紹介，チームメートとの顔合わせ
・協働大学学生とのグループワーク
・ディスカッション
・最終発表準備
③最終発表，討議，教員によるフィードバック
協働大学学生との最終発表に向けた準備を通して，お互いの国の共 通点や相違点の認識，文化や考え方の違いを知り，テーマの理解を深めたり，主体性や協調性を身に着けることが期待できます。
① Pre-lecture
・Basic knowledge (Provided by Hiroshima University faculty and partner university faculty on the target country/region and course theme)
・Self-study sessions, etc.
② Group Work
・Self-introductions and meeting team members
・Group work and discussions with students from partner universities
・Preparation for the final presentation
③ Final Presentation, Discussion, and Instructor Feedback
Through preparation for the final presentation with students from partner universities, participants are expected to recognize similarities and differences between countries, learn about cultural and conceptual differences, deepen their understanding of the theme, and develop initiative and teamwork skills.
