学割証使用上の注意事項

学割証の発行は，修学上の経済負担を軽減し，学校教育の振興に寄与することを目的として実施されている制度です。学生個人の自由な権利として使用することを前提としたものではありません。

　原則として次の目的をもって旅行（JR片道101ｋｍ以上の普通乗車券に適用）する必要がある場合は発行枚数に制限はありません。ただし，自動証明書発行機での発行枚数を年間（４月から３月までの間）20枚(1日発行枚数4枚)までとしています(※)。

　・休暇，所用による帰省
　・実験，実習などの正課の教育活動
　・大学が認めた特別教育活動又は体育・文化に関する正課外の教育活動
　・就職又は進学のための受験等
　・大学が修学上適当と認めた見学又は行事への参加
　・傷病の治療その他修学上支障となる問題の処理
　・保護者の旅行への随行

　※20枚を超えて追加発行を希望する場合には，(様式)『学割証の追加発行について』を記入の上，
　　次の窓口にお越しください。

　※申請の内容によってはご希望に添えない場合があります。

不正使用について

学割証の使用に関して下記の行為をした場合，不正使用となり，多額の追徴金が課せられます。また，大学が発行停止の処置を受け，全学で学割が使用できなくなる等，不正使用は大学全体に迷惑を及ぼすことになるので，絶対に行わないでください。

　・他人名義又は無効の学割証を使用して，乗車券を購入したとき
　・学割証を使用して購入した乗車券を他人に譲渡又は販売したとき
　・学生証を所有しないで学割乗車券を使用したとき
　・その他学割証を不正に使用したとき

今まで所属していた学部から他の学部に移った場合、転学部以前に発行した学割証を使用することはできません。新たに学割証を発行する必要がありますので、学割証担当(082-424-6141)までお問い合わせください。

Instructions and Directions for Use of the Student Discount Voucher (Gakuwari-sho)

The student discount voucher is issued to lighten student's economic burden and to contribute to the promotion of academic training. It is not intended to be used freely by each student. Please obey the rules and use it properly.

When you use student discounts, please pay attention to the following regulations:

1) As a general rule, student discount vouchers can only be used for the following purposes:
　　・ Vacation or travel home for some purpose
　　・ Cocurricular activities such as surveys and practical training
　　・ Special extra-curricular educational activities permitted by the university.
　　・ Job hunting or travel to take entrance examinations for higher education
　　・ Field trips and events regarded as necessary by the university.
　　・ Medical treatment or to solve problems affecting one's studies
　　・ Accompanying parents

2) A student discount voucher is applicable for JR basic fare ticket exceeding 101km one way.

3) The student discount voucher issued from the automatic certificate issuing machine is limited to 20 pieces per year (max 4 pieces per day) per person. If you wish to have more than 20 vouchers, please come to the offices below and fill out the form for 『Issuance of additional Student Discount Vouchers』. Please come with someone who understands Japanese if you have difficulties understanding the language.

*Student discounts are valid for the student only. For proof of identity, please carry your student identification card with you.

In Case of Unauthorized Use

Note that the actions mentioned below are regarded as unauthorized use. Unauthorized use of student discounts is a crime and unacceptable under any circumstances. If the voucher is found to be used illegally, not only will you be charged a heavy fine individually; you will also be punished according to the "Guideline of Students Discipline" by the university. Furthermore, the university will be suspended the right to issue student discount vouchers and all students in the university will not be able to use the discount any more. So please, by any means, do not abuse the use of student discounts.

1) Buying a ticket under someone else's name or using expired student identification card.

2) Transferring or selling tickets bought using a student discount voucher.

3) Using student discount tickets without a student identification card

4) Other illegal uses of the student discount vouchers.

Student Discount Vouchers for Students who Transferred Faculties

For those who transferred faculties, Student Discount Vouchers issued before the transfer is invalid. Please consult the person in charge of the Student Discount Vouchers (082-424-6146) to have new vouchers issued.
