変更箇所:
1.自宅待機期間等の短縮
2.新規入国・再入国した場合の大学入構前のPCR検査等での陰性確認の廃止。
3.「まん延防止等重点措置」解除を受け,まん延防止等重点措置等に移動する場合の出発前の学外でのPCR検査等での陰性確認廃止。

We have revised the PCR Test Implementation Procedure as follows.
Revision:
1 . Shortening the waiting period at home, etc.
2 . Abolition of negative confirmation by PCR Test etc. before entering university when new entry / re-entry.
3 . Negative confirmation was abolished in off-campus PCR Tests before departure when moving to Priority measures such as spread prevention due to the cancellation of "Priority measures such as spread prevention".

2021年4月26日から緊急事態措置実施区域又はまん延防止等重点措置実施区域(以下「緊急事態措置実施区域等」という。)に移動した学生及び教職員を対象として,帰広後のPCR検査を実施しています。2月1日からのPCR検査体制についてお知らせします。

2月1日から広島県が実施するPCRセンター(検査会場)が東広島キャンパス内に開設されることに伴い,学内の検査体制は以下のとおりとなります。

【東広島キャンパス】
原則,PCR検査を希望する者は,東広島キャンパス内の広島県PCRセンターで受検すること。
ただし,予約がとれない場合は,これまでどおり学内のPCR検査を受検できるものとする。

1.東広島キャンパス内の広島県PCRセンター概要
 日 時:毎日(11時~15時)
 対象者:広島県内外の感染不安のある無症状の方
 検査方法:唾液によるPCR検査,抗原定性検査
 場 所:南第4駐車場 (東広島市鏡山一丁目6)
 費 用:無料
 受検方法:(PCR検査)
        ①事前にWeb・電話予約必須
        ②会場で検体採取
        ③検体提出 
        ④翌々日までに結果
      (抗原定性検査)
        ①事前にWeb・電話予約必須
        ②会場でキットで検査
        ③約15分で結果確認(陽性の場合,PCR検査受検)

2.学内検査:医系科学研究科 田原研究室
(1)検査受付日時:平日の月曜日・水曜日・金曜日の9:00~16:00(休日は受け付けていません。)
(2)1日の検査可能人数:東広島・霞キャンパス合わせて最大50人。先着順の予約制とし,当日申し込みはできません。
(3)検査対象者:
 ①東広島キャンパス・霞キャンパス・東千田キャンパスに通学・通勤する学生及び教職員のうち,学内のルールに従って「緊急事態措置実施区域等」へ移動することについて,学生にあってはチューター又は指導教員に事前に承認を得た人,教職員にあっては部局等の長(労働時間管理において管理を委任している場合は,当該委任者)を通じて,事前に理事(財務・総務担当)の承認を得た人。
 ②新渡日の外国人教員及び留学生のうち体調に問題のない人。
 ③令和3年12月21日以降に入国・帰国する学生・教職員で,通学・通勤等で大学に入構する人。
 ④検査手順:従来通り(変更なし)

Hiroshima University conducts PCR tests for students, faculty and staff who came back from emergency measures implementation area, etc. from April 26th.
From February 1st, the PCR test will be implemented as following.

We would like to inform you that the PCR Center operated by Hiroshima Prefecture will be opened on the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus from February 1st, and the testing system on campus has been changed as follows.

【Higashi-Hiroshima Campus】
In principle, those who wish to get a PCR test will test at the PCR test center operated by Hiroshima Prefecture where located at Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.
However, if you cannot make a reservation for it, a PCR test on campus can be taken as before.

1. About PCR test center operated by Hiroshima Prefecture on the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.
・Date and time: Every day (from 11:00 to 15:00)
・Eligible person for this PCR test: Those who don't have any symptoms but who have an infection concern, and who live in and outside of Hiroshima Prefecture.
・Testing method: PCR test using saliva sample or qualitative antigen test.
・Place: South Parking Area #4 (Kagamiyama 1-6, Higashi-Hiroshima city)
・Cost: free
・How to get tested:
(PCR test)
① Booking is required through the website or phone call beforehand.
② Collecting test samples at the PCR center.
③ Submitting test sample.
④ Receiving the test result in two days.

(Qualitative Antigen Test)
① Booking is required through the website or phone call beforehand.
② Testing at the PCR center.
③ Confirming the test result in15 min. (PCR test will be taken if your test result is positive.)

2. PCR test on campus: Conducted by the laboratory of prof. Tahara, Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences
① Date and time for the test: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (From 9:00 to 16:00)
(We are not accepting the sample on weekend.)
② Number of people who can be tested per day: Maximum of 50 people. (50 is the total number of Higashi-Hiroshima campus and Kasumi Campus). Reservations are required on a first-come, first-served basis. In principle, no applications will be accepted on the test day.
③ People who are eligible for this PCR test:
i. Students, faculty, and staff who commute to school or work on the Higashi-Hiroshima, Kasumi, and Higashi-Senda campus, and who are in good physical condition, and who have obtained prior approval to move to the Emergency Measures Implementation Area, etc." by following the university rules. The person who will approve your travel is as below;
・Students will get prior approval from their tutors or supervisors.
・Faculty and staff will obtain the prior approval of the Director (in charge of Finance and Administration) through the head of the department, etc. (or the person to whom the management of working hours has been delegated in the case of delegation).

ii. Foreign faculties and international students who are newly arrived in Japan, and who are in good physical condition.
ⅲ.Students, faculty, and staff who return or enter Japan after December 21st, 2021, and who commute to school or work on campus.

④Test procedure: Same as before (no change)

【Kasumi and Higashi-Senda Campus】

There will be no change for the PCR test system.
