学生のみなさん

　みなさんご存じのように，7月に入って東京等の大都市圏だけでなく，広島県でも感染者数が急速に増加し，今後の大学での活動が危惧される状況となっています。文部科学省（飲食店等におけるクラスター発生の防止に向けた取組の徹底）及び広島県（「新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のための広島県の対処方針」，「感染拡大に対する警戒強化宣言～第２波を防ぐために～」）を踏まえ，下記のとおり感染防止策を徹底するようお願いします。
　また，今後，国及び広島県から新たな方針が示された場合には，今回の対応について変更となる可能性があります。

（１）「３つの密」（換気の悪い密閉空間，多数が集まる密集場所，近距離での会話や発話が生じる密接場面）を避けることを徹底し，感染拡大のリスクを高める行動により感染を拡大させることのないようにすること。特に，マスクの着用，手洗い，消毒，換気を徹底してください。

（２）6月1日付け「Myもみじ」で掲示している「健康確認の基準変更と行動記録のお願いについて」は引き続き実施してください。

（３）8月31日までに，北海道，埼玉県，千葉県，東京都及び神奈川県の5都道県へ移動した場合は，これまでの感染状況に鑑み，帰広後，すみやかに，滞在した期間及び地域を，チューター又は指導教員に報告してください。
※8月31日までに，当該5都道県から移動した場合も，来広後，すみやかに，滞在していた期間及び地域をチューター又は指導教員に報告してください。

（４）8月31日までは，感染状況や移動先の都道府県が出す情報などを確認して，リスクの高い地域からの来広及び同地域への移動は控えてください。

（５）国の新型コロナウイルス接触確認アプリ（ＣＯＣＯＡ）をインストールして利用してください。

（６）学生の課外活動については，学外での遠征，合宿やコンパなどの禁止を明記した【課外活動再開に伴う「新型コロナウイルス感染症予防」指針（令和2年7月31日）】を遵守してください。

（７）食事等については，大人数での会食を避ける，食事中の会話は控えるなど，感染防止に十分注意してください。

（８）学外における実習に当たっては，実習先の施設における感染を防止する観点から，健康管理や当該施設の定める感染予防対策を遵守しください。

To all students,

As you all know, beginning in July, the number of infected people has rapidly increased not only in metropolitan areas such as Tokyo, but also in Hiroshima Prefecture, and there is a danger that future university activities will be at risk.
Based on Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Thorough efforts to prevent cluster outbreaks at restaurants, etc.) and Hiroshima Prefecture ("Hiroshima's coping policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19", "Declaration of strengthening caution against spread of infection-to prevent the second wave"), please take the following actions.
In addition, in the future, if a new policy is announced by the national government and Hiroshima Prefecture, please note that this correspondence may be changed.

（１）Thoroughly avoid " Three Cs" (closed space with poor ventilation, dense place where many people gather, close scene where conversations and utterances occur at short distances), and do not spread the infection by actions that increase the risk of spreading the infection. In particular, be sure to wear a mask, wash your hands, disinfect, and thoroughly ventilate.

（２）Continue to carry out the "A health status confirmation questionnaire/Movements Record Sheets" posted in My Momiji as June 1.

（３）If you move to 5 prefectures of Hokkaido, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo or Kanagawa by August 31, please report the period and area of your stay to your tutor or academic supervisor promptly after returning to Hiroshima Prefecture, considering the circumstances so far.

※Even if you have moved from the 5 prefectures by August 31, please report the period and area you were staying to your tutor or academic supervisor as soon as you arrive in Hiroshima.

（４）Until August 31, check the infection status and information provided by the prefectures to which you are moving, and refrain from moving to or from the high-risk areas.

（５）Please install and use the COVID-19 contact confirmation application (COCOA) of the country.

（６）Regarding the extracurricular activities of students, observe the guidelines for "preventing COVID-19 associated with resumption of extracurricular activities" (July 31, 2020), which clearly bans off-campus expeditions, training camps, and parties.

（７）Regarding meals, please be careful to prevent infections by avoiding a large number of people and having conversations during meals.

（８）When conducting off-campus practice, observe the health management and infection prevention measures set by the facility from the viewpoint of preventing infection at the facility.
