広島県では、７月に入り，広島市や福山市等で連続して新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染者が発生し，また，感染経路不明者の割合の高まりや，罹患者に若年者が多いことなどから，今後，急激かつ広範に感染が進むことが懸念されています。
つきましては、広島県の「感染拡大に対する警戒強化宣言～第２波を防ぐために～」に基づき、以下の感染拡大防止対策に取り組んでいただきますよう協力をお願いします。

ア 引き続き，感染予防策（「３つの密」の徹底的な回避，体調管理，マスク着用，手洗い・咳エチケット，人と人との距離確保等）を徹底してください。

イ 検査対象を拡大することから，体調不良時は外出を控え，予め電話をした上で，かかりつけ医を受診し，医師の指示に従ってください。

ウ 飲食店等を利用する場合は，
・ガイドライン等に基づいた感染防止策を講じている店
・広島県の「新型コロナウイルス感染症対策取組宣言店」を利用してください。

エ 国の接触確認アプリや今後県が導入する店舗ＱＲコード等デジタル技術を積極的に活用してください。

オ 感染状況や移動先の都道府県が出す情報などを確認して，リスクが高い地域への移動や施設の利用は控えてください。とりわけ，当該都道府県が使用を制限している施設の利用は慎んでください。

カ 感染者の早期捕捉を実効的なものとするためには，積極的疫学調査として感染者や接触者からの聞き取り情報が極めて重要であり，感染者等が調査に協力しやすい環境を整えるためにも，感染者・医療関係者やその家族等を誹謗中傷・差別することは決して
行わないでください。

In Hiroshima prefecture, the number of people infected with COVID-19 has occurred continuously in Hiroshima City, Fukuyama City, etc. in July.
In addition, due to the increasing proportion of people with unknown infection routes and many of participants are young, it is feared that infection will spread rapidly and widely in the future.

Therefore, we ask that you take the following measures to prevent the spread of infection, based on the Hiroshima Prefectural declaration on strengthening vigilance against spread of infection-to prevent the second wave.

1. Please continue to take precautionary measures against infections (thorough avoidance of " Three Cs", physical condition management, wearing masks, hand-washing/coughing etiquette, ensuring distance between people, etc.).

2. If you feel unwell, please refrain from going out and call in advance to see your doctor and follow the doctor's instructions.

3. When using restaurants, please use the following one.
・Restaurants that take infection prevention measures based on guidelines, etc.
・"COVID-19 measures declaration store" in Hiroshima

4. Please actively utilize digital technologies such as the contact confirmation application of the country and store QR codes introduced by the prefecture in the future.

5. Please check the infection status and the information provided by the prefecture to which you are moving, and refrain from moving to areas with high risk or using the facilities.
In particular, please refrain from using the facilities whose use is restricted by the prefecture.

6. To make early detection of infected persons effective, it is extremely important to collect information from infected persons and contacts as an active epidemiological survey.
Please do not slander or discriminate against infected persons, medical personnel or their families in order to create an environment in which infected persons can easily cooperate in the investigation.
