学生の皆さん
このたび，国においては，緊急事態宣言を実施すべき区域（以下「緊急事態宣言対象区域」という。）について，北海道や東京など8都道府県への宣言は維持し，それ以外の39県について宣言が解除されました。
つきましては，緊急事態宣言対象区域を含み国内の移動については，5月19日以降のものより下記のとおり対応していただきますようお願いいたします。

北海道，埼玉県，千葉県，東京都，神奈川県，京都府，大阪府及び兵庫県
（令和2年5月14日現在 特定警戒都道府県 8都道府県）

１）国内移動（同一県内の移動，特定警戒都道府県以外からの通学は除く。）：
原則として，当分の間「自粛」
２）特定警戒都道府県からの通学：
原則として，当分の間「自宅待機」
３）特定警戒都道府県に滞在(*)した後の本学への登校(*)当該地域に降り立った場合をいいます。：
当該都道府県に滞在した日の翌日から２週間「自宅待機」
※ やむを得ない事情等で，国内移動（同一県内の移動，特定警戒都道府県以外からの通学は除く。）する場合には，事前にチューター又は指導教員の承認を得てください。

At this time, the country maintained the declaration to eight prefectures such as Hokkaido and Tokyo for the areas where the emergency declaration should be implemented (Hereinafter referred to as "areas subject to emergency declaration"), and the declarations for the other 39 prefectures were lifted.

１）Domestic movement (excluding movements within the same prefecture and attending school from outside specific warning prefectures)：
In principle, self-restraint for the time being
２）Attending school from specific warning prefectures：
In principle, stay at home for the time being
３）Attending school after staying (*) in specific warning prefectures
(*) When you land in the area.：
Stay at home for 2 weeks from the day after staying in the area.
* If you are in an unavoidable situation and want to move within the country (excluding movements within the same prefecture and attending school from outside specific warning prefectures), obtain the approval of your tutor or supervisor in advance.
