Procedure period of Course Registration and Notes at the first semester of AY2024

1. Do the Course Registration Procedure by "My Momiji"

Please do the course registration procedure by "My Momiji" after the log in the Student Information Portal Site "Momiji", except when there is an especially instruction. Even if the name is filled in on the student list of names etc. that the charge teacher uses by the class, it is not taken as a course registration procedure.

2. Confirmed the Amount of Credits in Which the Course Registration Can Be Done at the Semester.

The upper bound might be installed for the amount of credits that can be registered at each semester according to the faculty.

3. Go to the Liberal Arts Education Headquarters Support Group when You Cannot Do the Course Registration.

5. There might be a drawing to choose the participants.

The student capacity is set to each subject. Although as a rule, the student capacity becomes classroom capacity, there is a case of less than classroom capacity to execute the class and the final examination smoothly. Moreover, the student capacity of the subject executed by the auditorium that can be accommodated by 250 people or more becomes 250 people as a rule. The capacity of subjects completely couducted online is set to 300 in principle. When the student capacity is exceeded, we make a participant drawing. Please note that the subject that executes the participant drawing has the following limitations for the course registration procedure in confirmation and the correction period(April 11th (Thursday) - April 12th (Friday)).

Please finish the course registration procedure of the subjects you would like to take by "My Momiji" and other ways. Please do not forget the registration procedure of subjects with the category [2nd term] or [intensive], which do not start in April.

The course registration of any subjects admitted by drawing cannot be deleted and changed. If you have a special reason to unavoidably delete a subject and wish to do so, please communicate this to the contact information above.

# Subjects that can be registered during this period are only those which still have some vacancies and did not carry out a participant drawing. The registration procedure is first-come-first-served.

If any course did not carry out a participant drawing and still has some vacancies, the course can be newly registered during this period. Please note that the course registration procedure during this period is first-come-first-served.
