1. Method of Making New student's Timetable

 Please make each one's timetable while referring to "Liberal Arts Education Subject Class Schedule in FY2024" on the basis of course registration standard established by belonging faculty.

 Please fill in the made timetable on "Timetable for Student Use" (Hereafter called "Timetable") that attached at the end of the book of "Liberal Arts Education Subject Class Schedule in FY2024". It is convenient to do the course registration on "My Momiji" when not only the subject name, the name of the charge teacher, and the lecture room name but also the lecture codes are filled in on the timetable form.

Please confirm day and time of lecturing class of the Introductry Seminar for First-Year Students specified by belonging faculty while referring to "Specified class schedule (first year students)" of "Liberal Arts Education Subject Class Schedule in FY2023", and fill it in on the timetable form.

Introduction to University Education

The subject has been registered in advance. Its schedule differs depending on the school and department. Please check the registered day and time by "My Momiji" and fill it in on the timetable form.

English

Class placement has been done based on the "questionnaire concerning taking a foreign language class" that was submitted during the enrollment procedure. Please check the day and time of your class by "My Momiji" and fill it in on the timetable form.

Non-English Forign Language

Classification have been made based on the "UCARO"(questionnaire concerning taking a foreign language class that was submitted during the admission procedure).

About the class that each one will take, it has been described to "My momiji" that distributed at the Lliberal Arts Education guidance, fill in the day and time on the timetable form, and make sure to take the specified class, please.

*However, the language you selected to register for Non-English Foreign Languages cannot be changed.

Area Courses and Fandation Courses Specified on standard Course Registration

If there is a basic subject and realm-based subject that are compulsory on the course registering standard, please check the day and time of these subjects in "Specified class schedule (first year students)" or "Class schedule (for night main course students)" and fill it in on the timetable form.

Please also check the "designated class" in "My Momiji."

Peace Science Courses

(For day course students) Since the day and time of the courses differ depending on the school and department, check the "Specified class schedule." Then, after carefully reading "Syllabus" in "My Momiji," please determine the subject to attend and fill it in on the timetable form.

(For night course students) After carefully reading "Syllabus," please determine the subject to attend and decide the school year to attend it by graduation, and then fill it in on the timetable form.

Information and Data Science Courses

(For day course students) Please fill it in on the timetable form after confirming designated day and time of each faculty by "My momiji" and "Specified class schedule (first year students)"

(For night course students) "Introduction to Information and Data Science" has been registered in advance. Please check the day and time of elective compulsory subjects on "Class Schedule (for night main course students)" and fill these in on the timetable form.

Specialized Education Courses

(For day course students) If there are any specialized education subjects that are compulsory according to the course registering standard, please check the day and time in the class schedule table for specialized education subjects and then fill it in on the timetable form.

(For night course students) If there are any special educationalized subjects required to take according to the school you belong to, please check the day and time in the class schedule table of the school and then fill it in on the timetable form.

Area Courses

 

All students are required to take a total of 8 credits of the subjects, 4 credits in the Humanities and Social Sciences and 4 credits in Natural Sciences. Since each school and department have designated time slots and it is possible to earn a total of 8 credits by taking one subject (2 credits) for each that is offered in the designated time slots, please check "Specified class schedule (first year students)" and carefully read "Syllabus" to determine the subject to attend, and then fill it in on the timetable form. It is also possible to take subjects that are offered in the other time slots.

Please check the attending standard table of the school you belong to because some schools and departments set the number of credits required for graduation at more than 8 and the subjects taken as compulsory subjects, compulsory elective subjects, or subjects required to take according to the school or the department may differ depending on the school and department.

Health and Sports Courses

(For day course students) The health & sports courses are "Health and Sports Sciences" (lecture subject), "Practicum in Sports A and B" (practice subject) and "Sports Theory and Exercise" (combining lecture and practice subjects).

Taking these subjects, please check the class schedule table, carefully read the "Syllabus" to choose the attending subject, and then fill it in on the timetable form.

Social Cooperation Courses

Since compulsory subjects and required credits differ depending on the school and the department, please check the attending standard table of the school you belong to and carefully read "Syllabus" to determine the subject to attend, and then fill in the attending subjects on the timetable form.

Free-choosing Area Courses, Fandation Courses and Advanced Seminar

 

Attending a designated subjects is demanded according to the faculty. Please listen carefully to the guidance of the faculty and the department, confirm an attending standard table frequently, and fill it in on the timetable form.

To the timetable of the remaining, please select a subject that should be attended and an interesting subject, etc. at one semester after often reading "Syllabus".

Finally, please check whether you have made upper bound number of credits mastering of semester or take a reasonable plan.
