●Face-to-face consultation
　Face-to-face consultations are available at any time during the hours listed above.
   There is no need to make an appointment in advance.
   Please come directly to the 1st floor of the Student Plaza.


●Consultation by email
　Consultation by e-mail is also available. First, please fill out the "Application Form for Consultation on Education and Learning" below. After your inquiry is received, a student staff member will reply to you by e-mail.

   In principle, each consultation lasts no longer than 30 minutes.
   *Please note that we will not be able to respond to your request if you click outside of our services hours.
