1. Application Method and Scope of Credit Recognition

（1）The grades, levels, or scores eligible for recognition must have been obtained from tests taken within 2 years prior to the application date.

（2）Students who obtained the required level or score prior to admission and wish to receive credit recognition must submit the Application Form for Credit Recognition through Foreign Language Proficiency Tests in place of the Request for Recognition of Previously Acquired Credits to their affiliated Faculty by June 30 of their admission year. As a rule, the original certificate or score report must be attached.

（3）Students who obtain the required level or score after admission and wish to receive credit recognition must submit the Application Form for Credit Recognition through Foreign Language Proficiency Tests to their affiliated Faculty during each course registration period.
