Regional World Cooking

The International Exchange Group will hold "Regional World Cooking" semi-annually. Lecturers will not only introduce their country's traditional cuisine,but also teach how to cook it. International students and Japanese students then cook and eat the traditional food together to deepen the understanding of each food culture.

We will hold "the 11th Regional World Cooking" .

Date & Time: May 28th, 2016 (Sat) 10:30-14:00

Place: Shitami-Fukushi Kaikan (5-4-8, Shitami, Saijo)

Topic: Thai Food (Green Curry)

Participants20 students

Participation fee: 300 yen

*Please bring your own apron.
