● Even if applicants wish to apply for exemption for both first and second semester of the academic year, applicants will need to complete the application procedure for each semester. Information for the second semester will be posted around mid-July, 2025.

Eligibility
● Graduate students and advanced course students
● Privately financed international students
● Japanese undergraduate students enrolled in the 2019 academic year or earlier

Application Period
The application period for online application (STEP2) and submission of application documents (STEP3) is as follows. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked on the same day as the application.
For the first semester of AY2025
● Current Students
February 3, 8:30 ~ March 11, 17:00, 2025
● New Students (including those who advance from our university in April 2025)
April 1, 8:30 ~ April 17, 17:00, 2025
For the second semester of AY2025
