Information for the first semester of AY2025 will be updated around the end of January, 2025.
Eligibility
● Graduate students and advanced course students
● Privately financed international students
● Japanese undergraduate students enrolled in the 2019 academic year or earlier

2. Online Application [all applicants]
(1) Current students (*1)
August 1, 8:30 ~ September 13, 17:15, 2024
(2) Students enrolled in October, 2024
October 1, 8:30 ~ October 11, 17:15, 2024
3. Submission of Application Documents [all applicants]
(1) Current students (*1)
August 1, 8:30 ~ September 13, 17:15, 2024
(Due to the summer holidays, the counter will be closed from August 10 to August 18.)
(2) Students enrolled in October, 2024
October 1, 8:30 ~ October 11, 17:15, 2024

Excluding students who advance from a master's course to a doctoral course within our university
C. Application Process(See the Application Guide)
1. Submit the Application Form 2
[Only for applicants who apply for enrollment fee exemption/deferment]
Submit the Application Form 2 to the support office of the school/graduate school you plan to enroll in during Enrollment procedure period.
2. Online Application (*2)
Apply through the Microsoft Forms link below.(Please check the manual)

3. Submission of Application Documents (*2)
Submit the required documents by one of the following methods during the above application period.
(1) Submit to the post located on the Student Plaza 3F (in charge of tuition fee exemption) after filling in the envelope provided near the post.
(2) Submit to the counter in Kasumi or Higashi-Senda support office.
(Only for students in Kasumi or Higashi-Senda Campus)
(3) Send via the post using a traceable method such as Letter Pack.
*Must be postmarked by the deadline. See contact information below for postal address.
(*2) Note
If both "2. Online Application" and "3. Submission of Application Documents" are not completed within the application period, the application will be considered invalid.

● Announcement Period

1st semester: the end of June, 2nd semester: the end of November
[Tuition Fee Exemption]
1st semester: the end of July, 2nd semester: the end of December
● Notification Method
Posted on the personal message board of My MOMIJI.
● For students who were not granted full exemption
Payments of Enrollment and Tuition Fees should be made by the specified due date stated in the results notification.
*If you have difficulty in paying the fees by the deadline specified in the results notification, please consult with the support office of your school/graduate school.
