C. Application Process(See the Application Guide)

 

1. Submit the Application Form 2

 

[Only for applicants who apply for enrollment fee exemption/deferment]

Submit the Application Form 2 to support office of the school/graduate school you plan to enroll in during Enrollment procedure period.

 

2. Online application (※)

 

Apply through the Microsoft Forms link below.(Please check the manual)

3. Submission of Application Documents (※)

 

Submit the required documents by one of the following methods during the above application period.

 

-  Put the documents in the envelope which has been placed next to the designated box at the following locations, then drop it into the box.

・Section in charge of tuition fee exemption (Student Plaza 3F)

 

-  Submit to the counter in Kasumi or Higashi-Senda support office.
 (Only for students in Kasumi or Higashi-Senda Campus)

 

-  Send via the post using a traceable method such as Letter Pack.
 *Must be postmarked by the deadline

Posted on the personal message board of My MOMIJI. 

 

■ 【For students who were not granted full exemption】

 

Payments of Enrollment and Tuition Fees should be made by the specified due date stated in the results notification. 

*If you have difficulty in paying the fees by the deadline specified in the results notification, please consult with the support office of your school/graduate school.
