To the owner:
If the owner (person who lost the property) is a freshman (excluding nighttime course students) he/she must complete a procedure in the Student Support Office of the faculty of Integrated Art and Science; If the owner is a sophomore or above, he/she must complete procedures in the in the Student Support Office of the faculty and graduate school they belong to, and the same time, report to the nearest police station according to the situation.
Moreover, the owners should please notify the managed Student Support Office when they notice their lost object in the lost and found exhibition shelf. Please confirm with the Lost and Found items notice put up on the bulletin board of "My Momiji".
However, please pay enough attention to manage personal belongings.

To the finder:
Please contact the nearest Student Support Office of any faculty or graduate school.
The policy will be reported, in case there is no word from the owner of the lost valuable (cash, etc.) within 6 days.

Plagiarism Policy

At Hiroshima University, the treatment of students who chat on a final (term-end) examination or other form of academic evaluation is stipulated as follows:

－Treatment of an irregularity commited by a student during a final examination or the like－

1. The course subjets of a student who engages in an irregularity in a final examination or the like sharll be treated as follows:

(1) A student who engages in an irregularity in an examination in any subject of liberal arts education shall receive the evaluation "Fail" for all the liberal arts subjects for which he/she is registered, except for liberal arts seminars.

(2) A student who engages in an irregularity in an examination in any subject of specified education shall receive the evaluation "Fail" for all the specified education subjects for which he/she is registered.

2. A student who engages in an irregularity in a final examination or the like shall be subjected to disciplinary treatment in compliance with the Hiroshima University Rules for Disciplinary Action for Students.

3. An irregularity in a final examination or the like in the Hiroshima University Graduate Schools and Advanced Courses shall be treated as per provisions 1 and 2 above.

If you cheat on an examination, the number of credits that you acquire in the semester (term) in question is reduced to zero. This can postpone the timing of your graduation, and you are also subjected to disciplinary action.

Manners and Rules for Automobile Bicycle Parking

Moreover, please double lock the automobile & bicycle when you are parking to prevent theft.
Bicycles and the motor-assisted bicycles and cars of course cannot be ridden into the place designated for a car parking.
