Distribution of the documents concerning procedures for formation/renewal of student organization in AY2020

The representatives of student organizations currently operating (including circle/club activities etc.) are required to submit the designated forms for reporting on formation or renewal of the organization for academic year 2020.

However, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the submission methods and place are on the table. Therefore, we will separately notify you after the beginning of face-to-face classes.
