HU Global Internships
The Hiroshima University Global Internship Program is designed to cultivate individuals capable of thriving in the international community through work experiences and living abroad at international organizations, overseas companies, and Japanese companies' overseas branches.
The aim is for students of Hiroshima University to acquire practical foreign language skills and foster a global mindset through work experiences in different cultural settings, thereby contributing to their future career development through this program.

☞Hiroshima University UNESCO Internship Program
■Host Locations: Select one preferred site from six UNESCO-designated programs (e.g., Paris, France; Dakar, Senegal; Abuja, Nigeria) and apply.
■Selection Process: HU will conduct the initial selection and recommend candidates to UNESCO, followed by an online interview conducted by UNESCO.
■Language Requirement: Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to perform assigned tasks.
■Eligibility: Graduate students.
■Duration: Start between October 2025 and September 2026, with a duration of 6 months to 1 year.
■Application Period: Application opens in July 2025, with a deadline in early August (tentative).
■Financial Support: Up to 100,000 yen per month (for a maximum of 12 months) will be provided through the "HU UNESCO Internship Scholarship,"provided the internship starts by March 31, 2026.
■Number of Recommendations from Hiroshima University: 6 students (tentative).
