Class Objectives /Class Outline |
This course provides an overview of the principal disciplines that constitute Health and Sport Sciences, including physiology, biomechanics, psychology, sociology, and information strategy. The objective is to develop an understanding of sport and health from scientific, social, and informational perspectives. Students will acquire foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to engage proactively in lifelong health promotion and sport participation. |
