Class Objectives /Class Outline |
This course aims to develop the ability to understand health from multiple perspectives—physical, mental, and social—based on fundamental knowledge of health and exercise/sports. Students will learn to scientifically interpret and evaluate exercise/sports data, explain the effects of training based on specific goals, and develop the ability to create appropriate exercise programs. It also addresses health issues and the social significance of sports, encouraging students to consider the value of exercise and sports in relation to their own lives. |
