In this course, through lectures and practical sessions on jogging and walking, students are expected to achieve the following objectives: 1. To acquire fundamental knowledge of exercise and nutrition and to deepen their understanding of the effects of exercise on physical health. 2. To develop the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain lifelong exercise habits through practical engagement in physical activity. |
