This course provides lectures on legal principles related to family relationships and their interpretation and application.
The main topics are as follows:
(1) Formation, effect, and dissolution of marital relationships
(2) Formation and effects of parent-child relationships
(3) Opening and effects of succession, Division of the estate

(1) To obtain basic legal knowledge and legal systems related to family relationships
(2) To develop the ability to provide legal explanations of everyday events such as divorce and inheritance
