【Outline of the course】 We will conduct seminar-centered classes based on example cases concerning the Constitution. 【Aims】 1) Identify constitutional issues by analyzing case facts and applicable law. 2) Organize the parties’ positions and points of contention. 3) Develop persuasive solutions using case law and academic theory. 4) Write clear and concise legal analyses that present one’s conclusion persuasively. |
