Classes are seminar-centered, in which students will discuss issues after considering them ahead of classes.
With assumption that students already have basic knowledge of the Constitution, we will deal with topics required applied knowledge. (We will
consider basic knowledge as needed)

【Outline of the course】
We will conduct seminar-centered classes based on example cases concerning the Constitution.
【Aims】
1) Identify constitutional issues by analyzing case facts and applicable law.
2) Organize the parties’ positions and points of contention.
3) Develop persuasive solutions using case law and academic theory.
4) Write clear and concise legal analyses that present one’s conclusion persuasively.
