This course introduces Organizational Behavior, a discipline that aims to maximize organizational performance through the scientific analysis of the behavior and psychological processes of individuals and groups within organizations. Drawing on real-world business cases, the course examines the conditions under which employees thrive and organizations become more active and effective.
