Students will identify a research topic for their doctoral thesis, organise the theoretical background and choose a methodology.
Students will progress by critiquing domestic and international literature relevant to their doctoral thesis, clarifying research gaps and examining research questions and themes. They will also formulate research plans.

Requirements For English-speaking students, classes will be provided in English. For Japanese-speaking students, class will be provided in Japanese at a separate time.
