Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Doctoral students are often called upon to demonstrate leadership in solving societal challenges and conducting research activities.
This course aims to equip students with the ability to analyze leadership phenomena and challenges arising in actual organizations and teams based on theory and research findings. This is achieved through systematically learning fundamental insights from leadership research, empirically accumulated in the fields of industrial/organizational psychology and management studies. Furthermore, it is expected that students will develop the perspective to understand what leadership behaviors are effective within their own groups or teams and translate this understanding into practice.
