Contemporary Context and Rationale
In an era of increasing complexity and uncertainty, the rapid advancement of AI and digital technologies has fundamentally transformed society and the nature of work, demanding unprecedented adaptation from individuals. Beyond entrepreneurs alone, individuals across all professional contexts are called upon to adopt a proactive stance toward value creation. As career pathways diversify, the ability to critically reframe and reconstruct one's career trajectory has become essential, with entrepreneurship serving as a foundational framework for such agency.

Course Objectives
This course focuses on the leadership mindset that underpins entrepreneurship. In times of rapid change and uncertainty, it begins with exploring one’s role in society through reflection and multifaceted inquiry, laying the foundation for navigating complexity and shaping one’s future path.
Through deep reflection on one's qualities and values, students will establish an internal compass and cultivate their "leadership axis." Engaging with feedback from peers, students will develop the capacity to reflect upon, articulate, and internalize their individual qualities and values.

Course Format
This course does not focus on theoretical instruction but emphasizes participants’ active and self-directed learning. Approximately 80% of the sessions consist of workshops and group discussions, where participants deepen their learning through dialogue and mutual feedback with peers from diverse nationalities, age groups, and professional backgrounds. By engaging with perspectives from different cultures, generations, and fields of expertise, participants will reexamine their leadership from multiple dimensions.
