Expected Outcome1. Students will be able to scientifically explain the necessity of physical fitness and health promotion.

2. Through practical sports activities, students will understand and be able to explain the value of enjoying sports throughout life, as well as the importance of manners, cooperation, and sportsmanship.
 
Class Objectives
/Class Outline
The class will be conducted in both practical and lecture formats. The practical sessions aim to develop basic skills in New Sport, while the lectures focus on gaining specialized knowledge. The lessons will be structured to help students understand the characteristics of New Sport, game rules, fair play, and safety management, enabling them to enjoy the game.
