Understand the basic principles and rules of constitutional law and explain them clearly.
Conduct basic legal analysis of specific cases considering judicial decisions.
Identify constitutional issues in various social topics and think about them independently.

/Class Outline
  The Constitution establishes the fundamental principles and rules concerning the structure and functions of the state. These principles and rules can be divided into those relating to governmental structure and those concerning human rights.
  This course explains these key principles and rules and provides opportunities to apply them to familiar topics and issues in our society. It also examines actual cases litigated before the courts and considers how judicial decisions have addressed them.
