Class Objectives

In this class, students will study representative “crimes” (e.g., Homicide, fraud, etc.) among acts commonly referred to as “crime.” The goal of this course is to cultivate the knowledge and judgment necessary to distinguish between acts that are punishable and those that are not under the “current” criminal law by learning constituent elements of that crime. |
