Students who will successfully complete this course will be able to
1) explain important basic concepts concerning the criminal procedure law to others persuasively.
2) explain interpretive issues concerning the criminal procedure law to others persuasively.

I will lecture about basic issues concerning the criminal procedure law in Japan. I will focus on investigation in this course.
