In this class, students will study about the concepts and nature of law, as well as its principles and values, while thinking seriously “what law is” and “what it ought to be.” The goal is to cultivate “critical legal thinking skills” to evaluate the current legal system, drawing on the knowledge students have acquired in other law courses. |
