This course examines the roles and qualities of art educators through the analysis of educational practices. Students learn subject content and teaching methods through the theory and practice of perspective drawing. The course also develops practical teaching competency through assessment exercises, lesson planning, and mock teaching.

Lesson1 Read the Course of Study Guidelines for Junior High and Senior High School (Art) and review the objectives of art education.
Lesson2 Review the video material and organize your understanding of the characteristics of Toshio Iwai’s teaching.
Lesson3 Reflect on the previous video material and summarize your own ideas about the role of the teacher.
Lesson4 Observe perspective expression found in artworks and landscapes in your surroundings.
Lesson5 Review the drawings created in class and deepen your understanding through repeated practice.
Lesson6 Observe photographs of buildings that use two-point perspective.
Lesson7 Review the drawing exercises and practice to improve accuracy.
Lesson8 Summarize your own ideas on how to teach perspective drawing.
Lesson9 Review assessment perspectives and methods, and deepen your understanding.
Lesson10 Observe artworks and consider from which perspectives they can be assessed.

Requirements  
Grading Method valuation will be based on the following components: Final report (40%), mock teaching and in-class assignments (30%), and class participation and contribution to discussions (30%), which will be comprehensively assessed. 
Practical Experience Experienced  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Based on teacher experiences in High School(Arts(Fine Arts)),Junior High School(Arts), Elementary School(Arts and Crafts), lecture about objectives and goals, teaching materials and methods, responsibilities of teachers, on Subject of Arts.  
Message The roles of art educators are diverse, and it is important to understand them from both theoretical and practical perspectives. This course aims to develop the qualities and competencies required of art educators through practical exercises. 
Other The discussions and mock teaching in this course help students develop the ability to articulate their educational beliefs and teaching skills, and contribute significantly to the development of their professional qualities as teachers. This course is particularly recommended for students who aspire to become art teachers.
