Students will learn the fundamentals of dwelling life from the perspective of everyday living. The course introduces basic knowledge of the functions and historical development of dwellings, relationships with family and community, disaster preparedness, and key environmental factors, including indoor air quality, thermal comfort, light, and sound. Students will also acquire introductory skills in choosing a home, using dwelling-related information effectively, and carrying out basic maintenance and management.
