This course is designed to understand the role of actors at various levels in international educational development. Each student will be able to identify a specific educational problem they want to solve and explain its significance.

Students are expected to prepare assigned tasks for next class. In addition, students are required to prepare a presentation. 
Requirements  
Grading Method The evaluation will be based on attitude toward participation in class discussion and activities (30%) and the final presentation and report (70%). 
Practical Experience Experienced  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Based on the practical experience in international cooperation in education at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the lecture will deliver lessons and facilitate discussions.
