This is a specialized subject of the Program in Science Education. The purpose of this course is for students to learn and understand specialized knowledge of physics among other science subjects. In particular, this course will focus on quantum mechanics among other teaching contents of junior high school and high school physics, and provide students with an opportunity to understand its academic meaning and acquire specialized knowledge needed for teaching the subject.

"Every lesson will be a lecture-oriented lesson based on handouts. It will be essential for students to read the handouts and review the contents of the lecture after every lesson. There will be a small quiz about the previous lesson in every lesson. Therefor, reviewing will be important for grade.

It is desirable that students have taken ’Basic Knowledge of Physics' and' Scientific Literacy of Physics I & II'"
