This foundational seminar offers selected readings from major works of the Pre-Qin Masters (Hundred Schools of Thought). The course aims to:
1.deepen understanding of core Pre-Qin texts and their principal commentaries 2.develop fundamental skills for reading and interpreting classical Chinese sources 3.strengthen competence in kundoku (Japanese-style reading of classical Chinese texts) |
