Understand the fundamental concepts of social research (differences between quantitative and qualitative research, types and characteristics of surveys).
Focusing on the central theme of “Work and Family,” be able to set research questions through a review of prior studies.
Master the questionnaire survey design process (conceptual operationalization, creating questions and response options, questionnaire layout).
Understand and apply the basic principles of research ethics, informed consent, and personal information protection in practice.
Experience the process of refining the questionnaire through pretesting and conducting the main survey through to data collection.

Message In this class, questionnaires will be created according to each researcher's specific interests, and data will be collected by commissioning an online survey company. Through the processes of commissioning the survey, managing its implementation, and performing data cleaning, participants will gain practical understanding of online survey operations.
