Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Fitness training is conducted in a wide range of settings for purposes such as improving athletic performance, promoting health, and, in recent years, body making. It is important not only to perform training but also to do so with a clear understanding of its objectives and methods. In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of sport and health science and develop the ability to design and implement safe and effective training programs on their own.

It is desirable to review the material using the textbook and the resources introduced during class. 
Requirements Students are required to wear appropriate athletic clothing and bring indoor gym shoes. 
Grading Method Grades will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation combining continuous assessment (attitude, engagement, etc.) and in-class assessments (quizzes, reports, etc.).
