Class Objectives /Class Outline |
Fitness training is conducted in a wide range of settings for purposes such as improving athletic performance, promoting health, and, in recent years, body making. It is important not only to perform training but also to do so with a clear understanding of its objectives and methods. In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of sport and health science and develop the ability to design and implement safe and effective training programs on their own. |
