Suggestions on Preparation and Review |
Think carefully about your future career options and prepare for lessons by studying about the lecturers and their affiliations or related information. |
Requirements |
Instructions regarding the course, such as the method of attending the course, the video viewing period, and the deadline for submitting assignments, will be separately instructed via the online learning system "Moodle" after the course registration is completed. How to log-in to Moodle: Go to Momiji main page (“top”) > click on Moodle.
Attendance at both Session 1 (Dec. 3 at 10:30~12:00) and Session 8 (Dec. 10 at 10:30~12:00) is mandatory; missing either session results in automatic course failure with no exceptions. All assignments must be submitted by deadlines (Dec. 19 by 17:00) with no resubmissions or late submissions accepted, and grade disputes after submission will not be entertained. All work must be original with equal group contribution required, and plagiarism or using AI will result in course failure. Students must have reliable internet connection, video recording capability, and presentation software for course participation. Course-related inquiries should be made during class times only. |
Grading Method |
To be evaluated mainly based on final report (60%) and group presentation video (40%). i. Final Report (60%) : Submit a comprehensive summary of Sessions 2-7 video content with clear learning outcomes and a deep analysis of how acquired knowledge applies to your career development. Reports must include title, student number, and name written in 2 pages (A4), 11-point font, single spacing only; exceeding requirements results in an automatic penalty. ii. Group Presentation Video (40%): Submit a 2-3 minute group video integrating VitaeRDF results, session discussions, and collective action plans with clear role distribution and team contribution percentages. Presentations must demonstrate deep reflection leading to concrete conclusions and provide a well-balanced group action plan rather than listing individual plans. Technical quality (clear audio, professional completion) and engaging content are essential for evaluation. iii. Grading Standards: This course employs relative grading, and students must meet above-average class standards to pass. Mere attendance and assignment submission do not guarantee course completion; high-quality performance is required for credit acquisition. Therefore, students will be evaluated based on depth of analysis and reflection (not mere listing of facts), integration of course content with personal career strategy, and quality of group collaboration and communication. Professional presentation skills, technical execution, and strategic thinking with practical application of learning are also assessed. |
