Students will gain an understanding of real companies and work that they would not be able to experience in a regular university class, by hearing real stories from their seniors who are active in major companies, etc., about how organizations and operations are unique to major companies, operations in various fields, and the front lines of cross-border business that are difficult to see from the outside. To develop the ability to read and decipher information and think for oneself amidst the whirlpool of information that floods the market. To imagine oneself as a working adult, in what kind of industry, and what kind of professional one aspires to become. The on-demand format allows for repeated viewing, so the program will be offered to international students who are seeking employment in Japan.
*This course will be offered on demand so that international students who have difficulty understanding Japanese can watch it repeatedly.

This lecture is one of career educational programs to study for entering job field.   Through this lecture, students can consider their life plans, learn the tools of an occupation, and acquire global society human power and basic social skills.

Reflect on each class session and use it as a reference for building your career design and life plan. Please take the time to think deeply about your own Life Plan! This will help you develop the resilience needed to navigate through life. 
Requirements This is a class offered by Global Career Design Center. All lecturers are practicing faculty members and graduates of Hiroshima University (mainly members of Senda Juku). They will be busy giving lectures for junior students. Since they are all active business people, it is strictly forbidden to post or forward any lecture content or slide materials to social networking sites, etc. There may be some tough talk, but please listen attentively and ask questions actively.

Grading Method There will be no exams. Instead, students will be required to submit reports for each session. Please submit in Japanese or English. These reports will be graded on a scale of 100 points for overall assessment.

Other Capacity of 20 students; Priority will be given to international students certified by the “Hiroshima Prefecture Global Human Resource Development Council for Manufacturing” (Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering, Master's Program (about 6 students school year)).
