Background and Rationale
In today's rapidly changing and increasingly diverse society and workplace, entrepreneurial spirit is essential for everyone—not just for traditional entrepreneurs—to carve out their own careers. For instance, beyond conventional stable career paths in established companies, individuals now have greater opportunities to leverage their unique skills and ideas in new ventures.

Course Objectives
This course focuses on the leadership mindset that underpins entrepreneurship. By re-examining your own qualities and values and establishing an inner compass, you will develop a "leadership core" that empowers you to shape your future with informed decisions in a rapidly evolving world. Through group discussions and hands-on workshops, you will identify your strengths and challenges and cultivate the ability to craft a clear vision for your future.

Course Format
Rather than exploring the theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship, this course emphasizes practical exercises and discussions designed to develop the leadership skills necessary to demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit in an uncertain era.

Class Schedule Lecture 1: Current state of entrepreneurship and trends in leadership (lecture/group discussion)
Lecture 2: Importance of self-awareness and leader identity for effective leadership (lecture/work/group discussion)
Lecture 3 Leader Development 1: Recognizing one's own strengths and qualities (evaluation of others and reflection/lecture/work/discussion)
Lecture 4: What are the necessary elements in entrepreneurship (lecture/work/discussion)
Lecture 5: Leader development 2: Recognizing one's own values and fostering self-efficacy (including fostering engagement/lecture, work, discussion)
Lecture 6: Leader Development 3: Developing vision for future (lecture/work/discussion)
Lecture 7: Presentation (presentation, feedback)
Lecture 8: Summary
