To introduce students to scientific theories for promoting health and physical strength, and develop an attitude of enjoying sports throughout their lifetime as well as social skills, such as manners and cooperation, through the practice of sports suited. 
Expected Outcome1. To be able to scientifically explain the necessity of promoting health and physical strength.
2. To understand and be able to explain, through the practice of sports, the significance of enjoying sports throughout their lives and the importance of good.

This lecture aims to deepen the understanding of the relationship between health and sports science and to acquire relevant knowledge based on the following topics:

・The human anatomy
・Training methods
