Liberal Arts Education To introduce students to scientific theories for promoting health and physical strength, and develop an attitude of enjoying sports throughout their lifetime as well as social skills, such as manners and cooperation, through the practice of sports suited. 
Expected OutcomeExpected Outcome 1. To be able to scientifically explain the necessity of promoting health and physical strength.
2. To understand and be able to explain, through the practice of sports, the significance of enjoying sports throughout their lives and the importance of good.  
Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Walking is an aerobic exercise that can be easily integrated into daily life, effectively aiding in the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and improving physical fitness. In this course, students will practice both walking and nordic walking with the goal of acquiring proper walking techniques. In addition, objective evaluations will be conducted using smart devices. By studying exercise and evaluation methods based on scientific evidence, the course aims to establish lifelong healthy exercise habits.

No examinations will be conducted. A report submission is required upon completion of all classes.

Classes will primarily be held outdoors; however, depending on weather conditions, activities may be modified to indoor alternatives. Additionally, the content will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate the physical capabilities of the students.

Lesson 2-10:
A single practice session is not sufficient to achieve effective training outcomes. Please allocate additional time outside of class to practice individually. 
Requirements If you have any physical limitations that may affect your ability to exercise, please consult with the instructor in advance.
