Class Objectives /Class Outline |
Walking is an aerobic exercise that can be easily integrated into daily life, effectively aiding in the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and improving physical fitness. In this course, students will practice both walking and nordic walking with the goal of acquiring proper walking techniques. In addition, objective evaluations will be conducted using smart devices. By studying exercise and evaluation methods based on scientific evidence, the course aims to establish lifelong healthy exercise habits. |

No examinations will be conducted. A report submission is required upon completion of all classes.
Classes will primarily be held outdoors; however, depending on weather conditions, activities may be modified to indoor alternatives. Additionally, the content will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate the physical capabilities of the students. |
