The goal is to understand scientific principles related to physical fitness and health, and to improve through practical training suited to one’s abilities and characteristics. By doing so, individuals can develop a lifelong enjoyment of sports, enhance their mental and physical well-being, and build important social skills such as manners and teamwork. 
Expected Outcome1. Explain the necessity of maintaining and improving physical strength and health based on scientific evidence.
2. Learn the enjoyment and social aspects of sports through actual sports activities, and acquire the ability to explain their value to others.
