Aim: To understand the basic skills of volleyball and to be able to develop the game independently and in cooperation with team members. Summary: The first half of the practical training focuses on basic technical exercises to improve skills and physical fitness. In the second half of the training you will form teams and enjoy playing volleyball in cooperation with team members, focusing on games. |
