To help students understand diversity in society and improve their ability to participate in and contribute to society through engaging in various practical activities. 
Expected Outcome1. To understand and be able to explain diversity in society.
2. To be able to think and act independently regarding their lifelong career development. 
Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Diversity refers to the presence of diverse stakeholders, while inclusion refers to the mutual respect, individuality, and harmony of these diverse stakeholders.
In this class, we set four areas: (1) gender, (2) ethnicity and culture, (3) illness, disability and old age, and (4) environment.
The students are to learn what barriers exist in each area to achieve diversity & inclusion and how they can be resolved through lectures. 
Class Schedule Intensive four-day lectures (4 days between Monday, August 4th and Friday, August 8th)

Day 1 & Day 2: Lectures on Diversity & Inclusion
- Understand fundamental concepts of diversity and inclusion, including sexuality, gender, ethnicity, culture, illness, disability, old age, biodiversity, and environmental issues.
Day 3 & Day 4: Participatory Exercises and Reflection
- Engaging in interactive participatory exercises, and reflective discussions to deepen their understanding of diversity and inclusion.

Diversity and Inclusion is a complex problem of various topics. Therefore, the students are expected to review the lecture while considering the relation of each topic in order to acquire the complex viewpoint. 
Requirements Since the participatory exercises will form the basis of the final report, attendance and active participation in these exercises are mandatory.
