This course introduces sociological concepts (social relation, group, action, norm, deviation and socialization), major classical researches (Max Weber, Emile Durkheim), basic themes (family, community).
The goals of this course are to
(1) Be able to understand the basic sociological concepts.
(2) Be able to understand social meanings and problems in modernization and modern society.
(3) Obtain sociological knowledge about basic and recent themes.
