Understand the fundamental principles of the structure, function, and metabolism of substances that make up the body and serve as sources of energy. 
Class Schedule Lesson 1: Basis of energy metabolism and enzyme
Lesson 2: Carbohydrate metabolism and diabetes
Lesson 3: Endocrine disorders  
Lesson 4: Lipid metabolism and dyslipidemia
Lesson 5: Structure, function, and metabolism of proteins and amino acids
Lesson 6:  Nucleic acid metabolism and genetic information
Lesson 7: Vitamins and coenzymes, and their abnormalities
Lesson 8: Integration of metabolism
