Class Objectives
/Class Outline
- Theme and attainment target of the lecture
Students will learn the basic knowledge to understand biology from a genome-wide point of view by studying the determination method of genome sequence, the genomes of various organisms, and the state-of-the-art technologies regarding genome biology.

- Outline of the lecture
Technological innovations such as next-generation sequencer and genome editing have enabled genome-scale analysis of life phenomenon. In this class, I will deliver comprehensive lectures on the basics and applications of genome biology, and the recent research trends.
